Crime boss cat in GTA Online?

News broke about yet another update to GTA Online, this time with Michael finally coming to online.

But the most significant bit about this news was the cat featured in the promo picture.

Obviously a very rich cat, surrounded by money, guns and jewelry. 

I will be very disappointed if the new update doesn't actually have a cat. A rich crime boss cat.

 

 

GTA Online: A Safehouse in the Hills update

Coming on December 10, 2025 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC: Prime luxury real estate comes to GTA Online in A Safehouse in the Hills, the monumental new update.

Prix Luxury Real Estate properties come endowed with a full package of special accommodations, including ostentatious Trophy Cabinets, a private Salon, animal Kennels for your domesticated companions, and a new elegant and artfully lit Garage… just to name a few. 

 

 

I haven't played GTA Online in years, because I hate people. But if this update means that I can now have a cat as a pet I might have to download the game again.

But the question is: Can we pet the pets?

 

How to get a cat in GTA Online

First you have to buy a mansion, starting price $11.5 million before upgrades. Then the cat itself costs 15 000.

Can you pet cats in GTA 5?

There are cats in GTA 5, but unfortunately you can't pet them. Be very careful though, it's way too easy to accidentally run them over.

 

But the surprising this is that you can play as a cat in GTA 5, and also as many other animals, if you eat some medicinal mushrooms.

Trevor in a dress during story, and not just after it? It can happen during cutscenes, without any mods.

I prefer to keep my gentlemen Michael, Trevor and Franklin very sharply dressed. It's very annoying that if I leave them for themselves even for a minute they usually change to much worse clothes. Come on guys, I'm trying to stay classy here.

GTA Online: 1st mission failed succesfully? (believe or not, I was actually able to get the car out of there and finish the mission)

 

Don't even get me started on GTA Online, which is a nightmare because the only thing other players want to do is to kill you. Again and again.

I bought GTA 5 three times, on three different consoles: PS3, PS4 and PS5. And for all of those versions I wanted to get all the online trophies. Of course I wasn't succesful in my pursuit, on neither of these consoles.

Trying to do the heists was useless and total waste of time. Either the other players kept dying, or didn't even take the heist seriously. Hey there are still players who haven't been able to play the heists through even once!

And then there was the PS5 version of GTA 5 and GTA Online. I had been looking forward to being welcomed by Lamar to Los Santos again, but no. This time the introduction was different. I was forced to get a business right away, which I did NOT want. So it was a downhill from there. 

After playing GTA Online daily on PS5 for a too long time, I finally realized I wasn't enjoying it one bit. So I quit. Once again, without getting the online trophies. And I'm a trophy hunter by heart.

 

But since I can't stand other people, I have to stay away. And focus on much more pleasant online multiplayer games, such as my all time favorite Friday the 13th: The Game.
