Hello Kitty Island Adventure

In the game Hello Kitty Island Adventure Christmas gifts have been delivered all month long to help adorable Cinnamoroll. The suspense was whether I could keep the game over Christmas and open my own presents, or if someone would reserve it from the library so I couldn't renew my loan.

 

 

Red Dead Online 

Famously, the month of the year when it's snowing in Red Dead Online is my favorite, and I usually only play it then.

This year I was afraid that the Christmas tree wouldn't show up at camp before my PS Plus ran out, but it did.

 

 

Moonshine shack also has a tree and festive lights.

 

 

It was a shock to realize that the band can only play one Christmas song. For the first time ever, I stayed to hear what song they would play after the first one. Well, the same one, Jingle Bells again! Boo.

 

Little Kitty, Big City 

Now the game Little Kitty, Big City got a Christmas update, which I don't think is very special.

Most played games in 2025

Playstation wrap-up

My most played game with 186 hours was Disney Dreamlight Valley, which I spent the summer playing.

 

 

The total number of hours played was about a hundred fewer than the previous year, "only" just under 1,700.

 

 

There were a few problems with this wrap-up. First Telia didn't work, and then Playstation didn't work as usual again. Last year it took over a week for the wrap-up to finally start working.

Twitch wrap-up

Friday the 13th: The Game died officially on December 31, 2024, but in 2025 it's still my most watched game on Twitch.

Of the Resident Evil games, I think I've watched RE4 by far the most, but RE3 is instead on the list.

It's really strange that Death Stranding 2 is on the list of the most watched. I only watched it a couple of times when it was released.

In 2024, there were more hours of viewing, over 5000...

 

 

Crime boss cat in GTA Online?

News broke about yet another update to GTA Online, this time with Michael finally coming to online.

But the most significant bit about this news was the cat featured in the promo picture.

Obviously a very rich cat, surrounded by money, guns and jewelry. 

I will be very disappointed if the new update doesn't actually have a cat. A rich crime boss cat.

 

 

GTA Online: A Safehouse in the Hills update

Coming on December 10, 2025 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC: Prime luxury real estate comes to GTA Online in A Safehouse in the Hills, the monumental new update.

Prix Luxury Real Estate properties come endowed with a full package of special accommodations, including ostentatious Trophy Cabinets, a private Salon, animal Kennels for your domesticated companions, and a new elegant and artfully lit Garage… just to name a few. 

 

 

I haven't played GTA Online in years, because I hate people. But if this update means that I can now have a cat as a pet I might have to download the game again.

But the question is: Can we pet the pets?

First you have to buy a mansion, starting price $11.5 million before upgrades. Then the cat itself costs 15 000.
